Below is a list of top ten highest grossing worldwide Kannada movies of all time. KGF is the first Bollywood film to cross INR 100Cr worldwide.

1. KGF (Worldwide Gross : ₹100Cr, still running)

Written and directed by Prashanth Neel, produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner Hombale films, the first Kannada film to mark 100Cr+ at the box-office. After a North American premiere on 20 December 2018, K.G.F: Chapter 1 was released in Kannada and in dubbed versions of Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages the following day, and received positive response from audiences. The film performed well commercially, collecting ₹76Cr four days into release, and in the process broke the record for the highest grossing Kannada film of all time.

2. Raajakumara (Worldwide Gross : ₹71Cr)

Raajakumara is a family action film written and directed by Santhosh Ananddram and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the Hombale Films banner. It stars Puneeth Rajkumar and Priya Anand in lead roles. The film was released on 24 March 2017. The film became the first Kannada movie to complete 6000 shows in multiplex within six weeks of its release. The film also completed 7577 shows in multiplex within 87 days. The film being shown for more than 100-day theatrical run in over 45–50 centres across Karnataka. The gross collections of the movie was reported to be ₹71Cr with net share to producers is ₹48.3Cr.

3. The Villain (Worldwide Gross : ₹52.5Cr)

The Prem directorial hit the screens on October 18, 2018 and opened to a phenomenal response at the Karnataka box office. The gross collections of the movie was reported to be ₹52.5Cr with net share to producers is ₹29.3Cr.

4. Mr. & Mrs. Ramachari (Worldwide Gross : ₹47.5Cr)

Mr. and Mrs. Ramachari, a romantic drama film written and directed by Santhosh Ananddram and produced by the duo Jayanna and Bhogendra under the banner Jayanna Combines. It stars Yash and Radhika Pandit in the lead roles. The film was released on 25 December 2014 to positive critical reception, with the screenplay and the acting performances receiving acclaim. It completed a 200-day run and grossed ₹45Cr.

5. Mungaru Male (Worldwide Gross : ₹45Cr)

Mungaru Male is a musical romance film co-written and directed by Yogaraj Bhat, and produced by E. Krishnappa. It stars Ganesh, Pooja Gandhi and Anant Nag in lead roles. It was the first film in India to be screened continuously for over one year in a multiplex, and holds the record for the longest-running film at a multiplex in addition to having the first ever highest recorded box-office collections in history of Kannada cinema and went on to become a national record in Indian cinema for running one year in PVR cinemas. It ran over 865 days in Karnataka and collected an estimated ₹45Cr at box office.

6. Anjaniputra (Worldwide Gross : ₹45Cr)

Anjaniputhraa is an Indian Kannada action masala film directed by A. Harsha and produced by M. N. Kumar. The film features Puneeth Rajkumar and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles while P. Ravishankar, Ramya Krishnan, Mukesh Tiwari and Chikkanna play supporting roles. The film was released on 21 December 2017 across Karnataka. Upon release, the film received mixed reviews from critics, collected more than ₹40Cr and was declared as commercial hit at box office.

7. Hebbuli (Worldwide Gross : ₹43.7Cr)

Hebbuli is an action packed film directed by S. Krishna. The film features Sudeep, V. Ravichandran and Amala Paul, making her debut in Kannada cinema, in the lead roles. The film was released on 23 February 2017.

8. Kranthiveera Sangolli Rayanna (Worldwide Gross : ₹40Cr)

Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna is a historical biographical film Kannada film directed by Naganna and produced by Anand Appugol. Darshan, Jayaprada and Nikita Thukral play lead roles. It was produced at a cost of an estimated Rs 30 crore[2] and collected approximately ₹30Cr in 22 days of screening in Karnataka and ₹40Cr after 100 days in theatres.

9. Uppi 2 (Worldwide Gross : ₹39.5Cr)

Uppi 2, a psychological thriller film written, directed by and starring Upendra in the lead role, and is a sequel to his 1999 film Upendra. The film was highly profitable at the box office, and Upendra won the SIIMA award for Best Director for the film.

10. Tagaru (Worldwide Gross : ₹39.5Cr)

Tagaru, a blockbuster film directed by Duniya Soori and produced by K. P. Srikanth. It features Shiva Rajkumar, Bhavana and Manvitha in the lead roles along with Dhananjay, Vasishta N Simha and Devaraj in key supporting roles. The movie was also reported to be the first Kannada movie to be released in both Kenya and Japan. The film successfully completed 100 days in 15 centers.
